    I was over charged on my last trip. I wasn't told I would be charged 4x the fare. It was informed to me at the time of payment. And what's worse, I got zero response from the customer service inspite of registering my complaint 3 times. It's a shame they don't understand​ the value of customers. When I dropped this act of misinformation amongst my friends for clarifyication , only to hear that it's something UBER has been doing for a long time. Its an embarrassment to the brand. Take note.     ***Major glitch preventing my payments from going through. Uber Support wasn't much help. Kept replying with the same prompt like a robot. After a week, this damn thing finally took my payment using the same method I've had from the very beginning. Very frustrating! Happened on 3 occasions! And now it won't take my card at all!     For some reason everytime I scheduled one it was never on time. The time not only was it late but I was charged double the regular fare. I looked at my receipt and was thinking like. It don't even cost that much in a taxi. And I still got to work late. And what's with the constant fare surge because of being busy.     I guess uber has to understand how pooling works .. for 11 KMS it takes me close to 1 and half hour.. it's ridiculous and we are charged more.. please consider the pick up also matters not only the drop.. when u have so many cabs how can u have such a bad service.. moreover also think of fuel consumption.. come up with innovative ways to help pooling get better.. it's a humble request.. save our time too..     This app never takes u to customer care to share ur issue as they doesn't want to answer it.. There will be some ready answers (templates) u have it in Help tab. 99% of times it will show u due to high demand the rates are little increased. Almost u need to pay 200-250% extra.     I used Uber twice on Saturday night to find out this morning they had charged me twice for the same trip. This is beyond a joke and rather take your money at the start while giving you a price, they have changed it so they take the money a lot later while adding more money to the bill. Compared to what it was like it has dropped from 5 start to a lucky 1 as you have to give some thing. Full Review

    Sheduled a ride but driver didn't show up! And Uber must stop giving license to every wannabe driver. Google or Apple Map are good assists but not a replacement of intuitiveness when you are driving through the place you know so well. Those stupid drivers who knowingly take long route..     Good. Can be better if the choice of route is provided to riders as it will not give surprises to.rider about the fare. Can suggest alternate route with alternate UFP fare as well. Car pooling is done requests should be in 180degree search not in 360degree search. As it creates bad match and time waste in pool requests.     Unable to book or even view cabs when using mobile data even with a 4G connection. This is horrifying and forces me to flag an auto or can and pay by cash which I am so against. Please work it out. I can watch YouTube video at 1080p with no buffer using my 4G connection and yet the maps and cabs don't load! Full Review

    i was shown an estimate of 49rs bit 128rs deducted from my paytm account on a share ride of around 4 km. i have requested to refund my money but i got response like the fair was appropriate. from any point it doesn't make any sense as if i would have taken ubergo or uberx then also fair for 4 km is around 70 to 80 rs. they need improve their support and there should be customer care for particular city.     App is fine, network is fine, but drivers are refusing to take the routes specified by customer in case someone needs to be picked up or dropped on the way. Since we pay for the km as well as wait time, who are drivers to decide which route to take? If a woman doesn't feel safe, will your driver still forcefully take a route that he prefers just because it's faster and shorter? It's a safety issue as well so please look into this. Also, allow multiple locations to be added as favorites (apart from one home and one work). Full Review

    One attempt and never again. I scheduled a time of 1240- 1255 with a fare of $23. The driver called at 1242 and I said I'll be there in 5mins, before 1250. Driver canceled and I looked at a new fare of $56 for the same trip. So what's the point of the pick up window frame? I bet drivers knowingly canceled to force users into paying bigger fares.     I've been using Uber for a long time and can honestly say it could be better. I use it so I won't have to rely on others to be my designated driver when I go out. The UI becomes rocket science when you become a little tipsy. Also, why can't I tip through Uber? I don't carry cash and some of the drivers seemed genuinely upset that I couldn't give them cash tips, especially the ones that solicit them using signs or complaining about how much they're not getting.     I accidentally left my keys in the car (understand it's my fault). I contacted the driver who said he would bring them to me for $10, understandably, our distance was far. He then text me he now wants $40. When I apologized and i said i dont have that be came rude and he would leave them at "the office" and provided an address.     I dont use taxis anymore. Much more pleasant people, incredibly better service. Even if taxis were not miles behind in convenience, Id still use Uber instead, just to support the better cause. edit:I am not a fan of the redesign - mostly not being able to see if I am paying an increased rate.     As far as the fares are concerned, they are reasonable. But the drivers or captains are unprofessional. When you are a registered driver with uber, you cannot tell the customer to cancel the ride just because the drop off location is far or you are far from the pickup location. Majority of the drivers tell the customers to cancel their rides. I'm disappointed most of the times I have to book a ride. Full Review

    GPS is never accurate and often the driver is around the corner or nowhere near pick up because of this. It also sends them on bad routes causing longer trips and higher costs. In addition I do not think it is fair drivers can rate passengers. They are the ones offering a service and we are paying.     Registered and took two rides and paid by cash without a hitch. Now when I try to log in, the app says there is a problem with my account and cannot log on. I sent my email link to resolve the issue, but no response. Uninstalled and reinstalled using a new SIM & number, new email but still the same result!     Very good app. Im happy with the service given by them but option must be available to book cab for someone else. I was not able to find the option to book for someone. Even if it is provided, it is hard to find. If they provide the option then it will be better. So, when we book the cab for others then contact details of cab driver and the actual passengers should be exchanged instead of our contact details. Full Review

    The app is misbehaving lately very much. At the rider, we have been presented with Uber native map, but the drivers are having Google maps for navigation within Uber app itself. This creates a humongous confusions in routes and direction. Also there should be an option to book two rides simultaneously. For example one for self and other for someone else. Full Review

    The service has been mostly ok but my main issue is with Uber's inability to get a hold of the driver in whose car I forgot my cell phone 4days ago. You are basically at the mercy of the driver when you leave behind an item. The driver has neither taken calls nor responded to VMs and texts from me and Uber, it is hard for me to believe that calls, texts and VMs are the only options available to Uber for helping me retrieve my phone.     Very bad response from the drivers and uber the customer services. Drivers will stop the ride when and where they want and the customer services won't respond at all even if u complain for it. U would get fake offers from uber. Cashback would be promised but it won't come in ur paytm wallet! Hated the experience, really!
