    I needed a ride fast to pick up my child after dark, I got the app fast but picked 'select' thinking it was the fastest... when ride was 22 min away... driver explained I had picked the 'fancy car' choice, he was so kind and cancelled, but I could not, not, not reselect for UberX no matter what I did... one hour later a 'select' driver showed up... meanwhile my child was waiting...     Hi this is very sorry to say that this app is really frustrating me instead of being a regular user . I am not able to login my id and due to this I am not able to book my ride. I tried to reach uber customer service but they are really not helpful at all. They are not giving any solution so that I can use my id and get the benifit of uber service, but their customer service is too bad to help.     Their algorithms for shared rides are terrible. If your pooling be prepared to go wayyyyyy out of the way to get to your destination. On top of that, be prepared for bait and switch tactics. When requesting a ride, the app will say eta 2 minutes but jump to 6 minutes once the ride is requested. If I cancel the ride immediately, I still get charged. Takes a few times to contact support before they ultimately end up reversing the chage. Just not worth the time. Full Review

    Just because you guys enjoy monopoly you have started disregarding customer issues. Why should a customer be charged for cancelling a ride? Drivers dont turn up and ask customers to cancel the trip due to this. This is a pathetic model leading to customers getting highly inconvenienced due to the drivers and your apathy.     1st time I had booked car for Pune, Booking was Done. Your driver refused to go to my destination. And he told me plz cancelled this trip from your mobile app and booking again!!!!!!     Download 'BITURO' App Enter (VBTAR) for 300 Free Cash This app is great. Real legitmate app for Free Cash/Gift Cards My friends showed it to me and I love it. But there is one major downfall which I think the maker's of the app could fix. I have two profiles and on one profile, on the daily activities when u complete it u get 1 reward and that is bituro points and stamina. On one of my profiles i get 48 bituro points at the end of the daily activities and on the other i get 45. So can u just make a point to fix that in anyway because i m saving for points of the year and I can't do that without bituro points. So other wise I have no problem with the app and I love the updates. Bituro keep doing hat ur doing because its working for Free Cash so far earned many.. try it. Full Review

    App is much improved. No longer being offered group rides by default whenever they're short-handed. Then getting fees to cancel them! I guess i wasnt the only one who complained. I still think it sucks that there is no hint you should tip the drivers. In some areas drivers can barely subsist on their cut of the fare. But for riders they are a 100% improvement on the typical car service in terms of response time, even if some drivers are prone to getting lost. Full Review

    You guys have something seriously wrong with your logic!!! When 3 cabs are standing next to my location, you will book a cab that is 22 min away completing a trip. Even after canceling 3 times, 4th time you book the same driver, don't you realize there is a reason why I am cancelling 3 times the same driver. Hire some smarter ppl and improve your logic!!!     I don't usually leave harsh comments for apps but it is true that Uber's customer service as well as riding experience are completely garbage. One can wait for ten minutes for a car blocks away, get canceled by the driver who doesn't answer calls, and get charged a so-called wait fee. Shame on you. Ludicrous company. Full Review

    Please explain how having expired registration on a vehicle I'm not currently using prevents me from going online at all. Just prevent the selection of that particular vehicle in the app. Why would you punish a driver for having a backup vehicle when that vehicle needs updated registration? Full Review

    The app is horrible with each update. After requesting the driver is nowadays shown incorrect route in the uber app owing to which time and again the pickup is delayed. Also, recently facing problem where I am unable to login every time I log out. Even on registering as a new user, unable to add payment options both paypal as well as debit card. This is my esited review. Have been using uber aince 2015 and have never faced problems prior to last 1 month.     Booked a cab today after a few moments cab's tire got punctured. Driver asked my grandparents to get down there and he moved on . I tried cancelling the trip but was unable to .. so i asked the driver to do it from his phone who did it after atleast 30 mins approx. So at 10:30 pm i was stuck at the road left with no option to book a cab. So like what are you people doing ? You ask me to pay 250 for a trip of 140 in a normal ac cab and this is what i get.!     Drivers can literally steal from you if they sit within a certain distance and cancel after 5 minutes. Uber will just give you a run around if you want a small reimbursement rather than keep custom. Absolutely dismal company policies and procedures. Full Review

    Avoid like plague. They don't have any customer support in India, just a stupid in app help and you won't get any refund for being overcharged for their technical errors. They overcharged me by 4 times for their GPS error but haven't refunded my money even after 2 months. In case of issues, they'll ask you to contact via in app help, then tell you that the problem will be resolved in a week, but nothing happens and you're back to square one.     One of your drivers hit my car. His insurance won't cover repairs because he was driving for Uber. I emailed your accidents claim department weeks ago and several times thereafter, and still did not receive a phone call from the adjuster as I was promised.     My account was blocked without any warning and I understood this only after contacting Uber support because the only thing I've seen was the message that my credit card is invalid, although I've tried three cards I've just used in other shops. After they required photos of my card and passport and said that account is enabled, the problem didn't go away! They lied or mistaken and it costs me that I was late to the theater!     As a whole,the app seems to be working fine. But there are a few reasons which cause nuisance at a number of occasions. Firstly, there is no option to contact customer service directly.I mean, what if I do not have problem with any of uber drivers,but the app itself? The only way to contact customer support is to complaint about a driver. Secondly, the map does not show locations clearly for the drivers to follow.they have to ask frequently about the pick up and destination repeatedly even if it is marked precisely on the map. Plus there are many famous locations whose name is even not present on the map. Thirdly, the app hangs on great many occasions,causing problem to get a ride particularly at times of emergency.     At the time they didn't offer it so someone entered my email to sign up & eventually owed money so I had to create another email. Had they required two-step email verification then this wouldn't have happened. Weird part is I never received any emails from them prior to signing up. Explained my situation & got forwarded multiple times only for them to tell me there's nothing they can do.
