    I love this app i use this almost everyday for my commute,Uber pool is much affordable and routes and matching are most of the time efficient and prefect,Some time the pool get matched far off.Drivers are good and kind. Some time GPS confuse the drivers in terms of drop off locations or pickup location. The new driver's profile are catchy and briefly show some information about the drivers.I hope uber will create riders profile too.Thank you. Full Review

    This app does not respond to me at all. I took one trip and it hasn't been ended on the app even though it's been two weeks and I keep opening and closing the app to refresh it, in different places with different Wi-Fi connectivity. I tried adding my home and work on settings, but when i get to enter it, again, it doesn't respond. Every other app on my phone is fine, so it's definitely not me. So I've taken one trip and cannot ever use it again. I would give this app zero stars if I could. Full Review

    Fare cheat...!! The driver took different route and makes my trip fare goes thrice than it should be. And the best of it, uner says : it is within fare range... so I cannot do anything against this.... the driver said he knows the route so I do not check my GPS... but I realised when it took longer and the driver seems to circling around... its too late...anyway.. my 3Km trips become 12Km... and UBER PROTECTING THIS CHEATER!!!     M giving one star just because had to give something. If it was up to me then i would have given negative. The service and drivers are so bad and stupid. They dont even know where your location is. Their numbers are always switched off. So you cant even contact them when they are late or going in wrong direction.     The payment on this is ridiculous mostly when you need to get somewhere asap your legit payment appears up as needing updating, hello? How am I expected to update my payment method when I want to use cash for my trio not only this in card option aswel.     Uberpool is a disaster. They don't have a good software. Even though, my source and destination are same as requested, they consider different even if there is 50m difference and charge user with Ubergo fares. This happened 3 times, but not always. So, their software is in inconsistent. I never had an issue with OLA like this. I feel UBER is not reliable one wrt pricing. Full Review

    This company will scan you if you live next to a toll road. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen. If they are a toll route close to you that they could take they add it to their upfront pricing and then if you decide not to take that route, you still pay for the toll even though their policy says they will adjust depending on the route taken. Uber pockets the difference if you don't take the toll but pays the driver if they do so they make their money by forcing an inconvenient toll and preventing the customer from reviewing a refund on the toll route through the use of chat bots and tedious steps in their complaint process management system. This is fraud at the most fundamental level. Full Review

    Installed the app, and literally nothing happens. I got a new phone and when I log into Uber, none of my info shows up. I can't add home or office addresses, I can't add payment info, I cant even get the 'Help' link to load. I click and end up on a page with a heading, 'Help' for example, then blank under that. Super crappy considering I am a long time Uber customer. If I can't get the app to run, I'll simply stop using Uber. Full Review

    They are making fraudulents. They keep your Rs.350 paytm money on hold for cab booking purposes but while you try to book cab, they would show you insufficient funds. Who gave uber the authority to keep their money subjected without the customer's consent. A good scam they are playing. Uber should understand that it's not their money or authority they are subjecting to nor the paytm money is entirely for cab booking. Worst cab service, they are cheating customers and making money fraudulents with paytm. Full Review

    Ok seriously uber need to work on a lot. Mainly the language barrier! You should not match up English and Spanish speaking people if they are unable to communicate with one another. It's fustrating especially at an AIRPORT. There is a lack of communication! If a driver says they only speak a certain language do not match them with someone that doesn't understand that language unless its an easy to navigate place. Full Review

    I am really really dissatisfied with Uber. They have predefined rates as per routes. That is supposed to be an estimate not actual. The amount displayed is as per tolls, etc. Even when I avoid the toll, they make me pay the entire amount. OLA works on a similar concept but then the rate varies if I change my route and avoid toll. When I escalated to Uber team for a refund, they didn't reply a satisfactory logical reason for this issue. All they forwarded me was system generated replies. Pathetic experience!! Full Review

    getting issue to save favourite places, it only allows Home and office only. also couldnt able to set my credit card as a payment mode for all future trips also pyment through credit only completes once you start booking next trip, this cause problem bcz when you are in hurry and booking the trip and the popup for completing the last payment appears and you only book the trip once you complete it😞 Full Review

    Everyone knows Uber got the best transportation app, right...As long as I've used it the past couple years, I'm satisfied with the customer service and stuff. Although, I would have given a 5-star review if you guys can actually add "non-toll" route filter of the GPS only for UberMotor, because the GPS route for UberX and UberMotor is the same! You know, It shouldn't be the same, because motorcycle can't use the toll here in Jakarta!     Something wrong with the app from yesterday. I have linked my card. Before taking the next ride I used to make the previous payment and then take the ride. But now even after making the payment the app doesn't update the payment and it ask me again. Only after I receive the uber receipt I can take my next ride. Very irritating.     Total ripoff. UberX is supposed to be a fixed price fare, but it's actually not. Two times out of two me using this app the prices were different at the end in my and driver's app. They estimate the route and the price by themselves but they are not responsible for their own estimation.     I'm in a pretty big city and you're not here. So useless to the masses . You're probably only in LA and NYC. State where you are. Do that so people don't waste their time App starts up extremely slow. To the point where I just use the Lyft app. Devs really need to work on the app. When and if I do get in, it's not very creative. Lyft is much better. Full Review

    When attempting to book an Uber neither card payments or PayPal would go through, Uber support took ages to reply, and responding by saying that Uber had blocked my card. It would have been nice to have told me they had blocked me rather than leaving in the lurch. It's just awful customer service. Full Review

    MESSENGER BASED CALLING: During travelling many people use roaming SIM. In roaming mood data is somehow cheap but traditional call is very costly. It sometimes take 2/3 days time to get a new sim like India. Sometimes people call uber using wifi of hotel, hospital, market etc, where the use of a sim card of visiting country may not be necessary. To solve this issue, Uber may introduce a messenger based calling system between uber partner and rider. A platform which uses data rather than traditional line. Full Review

    I was scammed and their response was a generic "we are sorry your driver was unprofessional" message with a "resolved" check next to their message. They didn't read my message at all. I've noticed their "help" responses have gotten worse over the time I've been using it and I think this will be the saw that broke the camel's back here.     TL;DR: payment is broken (asks to pay even after you have) and location sucks - shows me at the wrong place. After making a payment it asks you make a payment again - but once you enter the CVV it disappears and THEN you can book a cab. Took me a while to figure it out. Also, no matter whether my location is on or not, it will show me at a pickup location from two rides ago and then ask if I'm booking for me because my actual pickup point is far away from his genius app thinks I am.     I was charged x1.6 times the initial charge because the driver took the longest ever route to my destination point. I'm not even talking about being late due to it. Writing to support for refunds after a ride is the poorest user experience I can imagine. The app should have a fixed fee option, but do not recommend it to anyone now. Full Review

    Unknown charges on the card.. If I had options to negative rate would have definitely done that. So difficult to reach the customer support The app won't show a form/even an email to contact support. Help ourselves with their dumb support options. Either you have to report a problem with the trip or the ride or the driver.. as though Uber is just perfect.. too overconfident and egoistic junk. Shows $8.91 on the app then goes to charge $9 on the card .. round $8.91 to 9 ? Can't do $8.9 ? Dumb programming or business concept ? How to contact support from the app to enquire this ?     Good app but there is some junk practice. Driver told me to cancell for ride. So I did it and got it from Ola... but next day it charge Rs 40 for cancelation in Uber.     This app didnt response properly, at first when the driver switch off their apps after they arrive, i can use the apps again, however the last driver i used didnt turn off after i paid, also the last driver that i use this morning didnt use the car that uber shows.     While the service is okay, payment for the trip has become a major issue specially when you choose a credit card which is registered. In completing the trip the app does not show you or prompts you to pay. And then you have to struggle to pay coz if you don't you cannot book your next ride. Upon writing twice to Uber support, they seem to have not understood the issue and they don't call back either even after requesting so that I can explain the problem! Occasionally when I am too frustrated with this problem, I book Ola and enjoy the ride. They seem much better with their app! Hope Uber fixes my problem. Full Review
