    BEST SHOWS! BEST MOVIES! American Gods among them! However, it requires maintenance from time to time. It'll get 5 stars if I didn't get generic messages telling me I have too many devices active when the cash needs cleared.     It had a lot of movie and show options. It used to work great. Until recently none of my movies are wanting to play. I get a message that says to check my internet provider and it clearly shows I am connected. When I try to stream it on my Chromecast It just shuts down and will not show the movie on my screen.     At first I liked the app. They said it was supposed to add movies, basically once a week, or once a month. The first couple of weeks they were adding new movies. The movies that they added we're basically junk from the 80s 90s maybe even earlier After the first month I waited and waited and waited, all they did was add movies that did not interest me. I love horror movies, thrillers, action movies, but they never added anything that I was interested in, so basically I'm not satisfied. I've had Netflix for over 2 years and I'm very happy with them. They always have series that I enjoy watching and all the other movies current movies from 2015 16 and 17. Sorry Starz, you need to stop putting old movies on and start getting with the program.     They say its free but they immediately take the $8.99 from your bank account. And if you cancel with in the 7 days your refunded the $8.99. Also on Google play it shows $0.00 payment and it says no payment will be taken out until end of trial but Starz lies. So don't trust starz Full Review

    It It plays well on my android phone and my husband's Samsung tablet. Only complaint is that this new app will not play on my Kindle Fire. I am really not happy about that as the Samsung tablet is not available to me when I am up at my cabin 3 months out of the year.     Very difficult to find the cancel free trial button. Still can't find it. App worked fine but it's not ok to hide it so deeply. Went to Amazon, not there.     Last year app was great, this year it won't cast using Chromecast. Why can't you leave a good thing alone, always trying to make it better, but just screw it up so it doesn't work. If I can't cast OUTLANDER, then I'll cancel by the end of the month, not paying for something that doesn't work for me. Full Review

    I have Starz on home TV service. Logged in successfully but every time I tried to watch something I got this message UNEXPECTED ERROR. WILL RESTART. Except after it restarted, still got the same message. I even Uninstaller then reinstalled in case the first installation had gotten corrupted when it was installed. Still won't work. Full Review

    So I've had The Starz app for about a month and there are quite a lot of things that need improvement. 1. The link between Chrome Cast and the app is awful! I don't care whether my WiFi is not fast enough or not! I never had problems with Netflix and Hulu! Chrome Cast doesn't work at all with the Starz app. The screen goes black with audio only every few minutes as well as stops and cycles every 2 minutes. Now I get an error message saying i can't have more than 4 devices usung at one time...i only have one. This is really getting frustrating!! You're about to lose another client Starz!! Full Review

    When it works, this app is great... which is the problem. "If," not "when," it works. First, why are we restricted to a few devices to download the app? I can't download the app to my Android Sharp Aquos Smart TV for no discernable reason. Second, how on earth do I get a repeated "max four devices" error when trying to cast to my TV? Third, why when casting do I lose all sound? It is completely frustrating that simple app functions take hours to resolve with zero guidance and zero help from Starz. They're all too happy to take your money and unnecessarily spread out release of content without informing subscribers, but expecting a functioning and user-friendly app is apparently beyond them. If it weren't for the great content, I'd never bother with this app. It's dreadful, time-consuming, and a waste of space. We deserve better. Full Review

    How is it, I can open the app, login w/my provider, sign in, browse all the movies and shows, check my resume list for movies/shows I haven't finished watching, but as soon as I try playing a movie it loads forever never playing a thing, then asks "offline?" We're having problems with your connection???? That is horrible, and this was after I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, because prior to that, it kept trying to tell me to upgrade my plan, because the movie I hadn't finished watching all of a sudden was locked never had a issue like with any other stream apps, hbo/cinemax/sho/netflix etc. Full Review
