Very easy. Love how easy it is to track everything from mileage to expenses and more. I just input my info and the app does the rest. The only problem I seem to be having is linking my bank account. I have reached out and am waiting for a response right now to hopefully figure out what's wrong but other than that I am very satisfied! Full Review

I'm not the organized paper pushing type of woman. I'm truly hands on! This app truly made my tracking my earnings, spending, my mileage tracking and helping me to understand tax deductions I didn't know I can revieve for my growing company a Hell of a lot simpler! I am truly thankful for this app. I can take pics of my receipts and it logs it with the rest of my expenses. Having it linked to my bank account made it much easier for me to see where my money is going and where it falls in tax for my quarterly deductions. I have a gs7 and it has been working fine for me! I travel over 266 miles a dayand it tracked every step, even my short stops in traffic! I'm not being paid to say this but I'm truly blown away by this app! Full Review

Works fine apart from the invoice generator, to describe this as professional is exaggerating. Invoice layout poor! I use another program to generate invoices I send to clients a shame. It would also be good to rename some expense categories to match your business. Full Review

Absolutely terrible customer service. You will never get to speak to somebody. They also have not fixed their Bank syncing issues and it causes a lot of problems. They do not care about that. This company has gone downhill very fast. Full Review

This has been one of the worst have I ever download an app from the App Store. And don't even try to delete your account after creating one. Because it won't let you. If I could give it a half a star that's what I would give it 👎👎👎👎👎 Full Review

Overall, this is the best app out there for keeping track of your mileage and even your spending. It even recommends what your estimated tax payment should be. The only thing I wished was incorporated was saving a type of trip you drove when you describe it. I believe the older versions did that but not anymore. Overall, 4 1/2 stars Full Review

The transactions page has now bugged out and it thinks that the screen is much wider than it is. The transaction name and amount used to be visible together now it has changed so the amount is way off screen to the right and you can only see it after swiping and by that point the transaction has already been put into a category. So if the category is incorrect you have to go into the reviewed transactions and edit it. Massive pain in the ass Full Review

Does everything well. Except.. mileage tracking. It's built in, but works less than half the time. I reboot my phone and open the app before I go on my routes, have mileage tracking turned on.. go to review my mileage for the day: Nothing!! I would use it's many other great features, but the most important thing I need it for is unreliable, so I won't give the rest of the program the time of day. Thanks for the hundreds of missed miles Intuit! Full Review

After spending 2 hours 32 minutes on the phone, I was asked to send an email to the support team and was told there is no support number to call. I was transferred to 4 different departments, I was asked questions that I have no clue about or look for that information anywhere on my app that I downloaded. It was chaotic the way that this company is setup to handle customers! I used the app to track miles and create invoices. You get paid after 2 to 3 days a client pays the invoice when something like Zelle or quick Pay is instantaneous? On one invoice, I was slapped with a fee of 2.9%. Shouldn't the app warn us before sending the invoice about the transaction fee? There are free mileage tracking and invoice creating softwares which can accomplish what I'm looking to use qb self employed for. Wasted half of the day with these guys missing client phone calls and I feel like unsubscribing. Full Review

Do NOT use this app. They twice duplicated my bank accounts causing my entire years totals to be off as well as 6 months worth of receipts to be lost or mismanaged. Zero customer service. Good luck trying to speak to a human. All I get are emails thanking me for my continuous patience and cooperation. It's been going on for 3 months. Horrible app do not fall for this! It is a shame because the first one that I had it they seemed like they were really on the ball. I'm not sure if they have contracted out their customer service or what was the change, but it sucks! Incredibly disappointed; Do not get this app . Full Review

The mobile tracking would not work right. After talking to 20 different people with 20 different email addresses they wanted me to install a special program. Yes that was said. I needed to turn security off of my phone to download this program. Then delete original app. Yeah.... If that don't sound suspicious I don't know what does. And so now we fast forward almost a year later after intuit worked out issues and working again. Issue is happening again I have emailed over 11 times as they have no phone support been over 6 weeks no one has contacted me back. Full Review

I could not add my bank account, even though they had my bank listed. There is no customer support number. If you call intuit or quickbooks both with transfer you several times before telling you they can not help you with your version. Then you may contact them by e mail, it takes them a day to message you back. A day later they just tell you to cancel through Google play. But you will, not be refunded your initial $11.50, because you have had the app for a day, even though they took a day to email you back. Full Review
