Seriously horrible wall-eyed view. Claims to be compatible with Google cardboard and that is the viewer it selects, but the camera views to each eye are pointed away from each other by about 30 degrees. Not ever possible to focus on anything with both eyes and images would not work in ANY 3d viewer. Images also not curved to match cardboard viewer lens. Should be obvious to any developer that app is broken. I'd give it a minus 5 if I could. Full Review

Doesn't crash on start up for me but won't allow me to logon to my Comcast/xfinity account even though I'm able to watch live 2D in the other NBC Sports app. I've wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to get this to work. Full Review

Very Disappointing. The VR point of view is that you're in what looks like a visitor center, standing in an alcove staring at a curved video screen. If you look left or right you see you are in fact in a visitor center and not "virtually present" at the event. Don't know why the video is presented from that perspective, it might as well have it pointed at your own TV. Don't waste your time.... Full Review

This is awesome! Live events, full replays. Be amazed how steep the slopes really are. You can even see Rio replays. I got goosebumps seeing Bolt run 100m up close. Works with Cardboard. No remote needed. Full Review

Well, the good news is that it doesn't crash with my Galaxy S7 Edge. The bad news is that the camera angles and crispness of picture are horrible. Save yourself the hassle and watch on tv; it's much better. A very bug disappointment as I bought better goggles with this in mind. Full Review

Gives VR a bad name. Stutters, lags, crashes. No options to download videos that you might actually be able to watch. The technology is not ready, and Intel and NBC are doing it a disservice. It's turning off the audience that they are after. Maybe we'll talk when 5G arrives. Full Review

Great concept, poor execution. Not too sure what going on here. I am familiar with VR and I've used 3 cameras basically all my life including some Go Pro combination. I am also experimenting with holographic equipment. Well, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it's just me. Anyway, I couldn't make it work except for some SBS 3D that had not depth. Not a VR 360 realistic view for sure. Full Review

Really NBC, you can't even make an app that doesn't crash on startup? I think it's time to switch Olympics coverage to a different network. Y'all are horrible. Full Review

Traditional broadcasters won't succeed at bringing us quality VR and this is app shows why. When you're watching a screen you have to switch camera angles to show the viewer the best features but in VR it's up tob the viewer to switch camera angles by turning their head. View a VR feature in this app and your neck will hurt. If you want to "be the athlete" you'll have to keep turning around to see the bobsled track ahead of you because the producer keeps switching between forward and rear view angles and jumping to different cameras as if you were watching TV with no thought of a VR viewer. Additionally the video quality is horrible. So many possibilities with this technology and, as with most media, Comcast/NBC thinks they understand but haven't a clue and destroyed what should be a great experience. Full Review

In order for the app to not crash at startup. You need to install Google Cardboard and VR Services. Run both of those first and allow it to perform updates based on your device. I have a Nexus 6 and this was the fix. Full Review
