    Easy to manage my service account and monitor the activities on my account. Sometimes, I just wish they remove the payment off from my bank account faster though. It removes the money out fast, later put it back, and then finally removes my money after a few days. I'd prefer them removing my payments as soon as I make a payment. So that, I can avoid over spending on something else...like my purchases. Other than that, the app is good. Full Review

    When it comes to notifying me of my due date and balance, it gets the job done. And unlike my previous provider (Metro PCS), if I need to speak to customer service about something, I don't have to worry about being made to jump through hoops (like having to pay my bill first, just to be able to talk to someone [as in a live person, not some automated system] from customer service). That's one of the primary reasons I switched to Sprint. Keep the good stuff coming! Full Review

    Great little app to pay my bill with. It WON'T let me shop for a new phone though, so it's not so great there. I just use it to pay my bill. Seems like after 15 and a half years as a customer and then a platinum customer, I have some serious thinking to do about Sprint. Taking away the $150 discount for an upgrade every two years just because no other service provider does it is a cop out. Why do you think alot of your customers stayed with Sprint? BECAUSE you WEREN'T like the rest of the service providers! Google is looking better all the time. Full Review

    Easiest way to pay my phone bill ever! However, there could have been issues if I wasn't home using WiFi. Thankfully I was at home when I paid my bill so I account or no problems at all. When I'm away from WiFi I can only use data for one thing at a time either to talk on the phone or use Google Maps or go online but I can't do all three which is a problem I heard the company is working on resolving.     Very Basic. Don't even bother to use the "Chat" option with customer service because it is worthless and a waste of time. Took 15 min to get a response to my concern and it seemed to be a basic computer response. Not helpful. If you want to do anything other than pay your bill this app will not work for you. Good luck.     This app is garbage and has been for a while. It used to be good. Now I can't even look at how much my bill is cause it wants me to do an Express pay or what ever it is. What's the point of the app? Yes actually I am the account owner and have been the whole time. Full Review

    The app allowed me to set up autopayment, showing me the amount that I would be billed on the first of next month. Then today I got an email saying, if I didn't pay the exact amount of my autopayment, my account was going to be diconnected. I will not recommend this app or Sprint to anybody. I chose Sprint over another big name phone carrier; one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Full Review

    Using the app to pay my bill is easy, "of course"! But trying to view my bill is difficult and frustrating. The app sends me to the Sprint website and ask me to log in, again. But does not recognize the username. Sprint texted me my username, and the website still does not except it. So I cannot even get to the forgotten password. Why have the "view my bill" tab on the app if I can't even use it, when I'm already logged in. Still can't see my bill. Full Review

    Everytime I attempt to use the app it tells me it is outdated, and if I press "update" it tells me my version is updated. I have also had to enter my password twice on many occasions because the app tells me the password is incorrect the first time, but when I enter the same password it accepts it the second time. I frequently change my password because I don't trust this frustrating app. This has been going on for several months. If it happens again I am getting rid of the app. Full Review

    Working perfectly now. I get an error message every time I try to use the app. It say that sprint is having technical issues and to try again later.     Not worth more than 3 stars anymore. The ability to schedule payments has been taken away, Including on the web site. For many, scheduling more than one payment takes out the having to remember to go in each time. The more difficult Sprint continues to make the payment scheduling process, the less stars I will give them and will stop referring people and businesses to Sprint. Full Review

    I went to the website and the app to schedule my payment and it keeps telling me that the site is under maintenance. How long does that take??? I like being able schedule my payment in order to lessen the cause of overdrafts to my account. Please fix this issue👎🏼 Full Review

    It's a great way to make payments, and check my upcoming eligibility for upgrade. The only thing I hate is that the do a lot of maintenance work, so when I have an up coming bill, I have to go to the web page and that's if the web page isn't getting a maintenance work either.     I am not liking sprint at all. This app says my account isn't supported by the app. tells me to go online and that takes me through this time consuming process of codes and resetting passwords. I JUST WANT THE APP TO DO WHAT IT'S SUPPOSE TO DO! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK??? I Can't keep track of my bill. I have to jump through loops to pay YOU? Seriously? Full Review

    I shouldn't have to update my app to pay my bill. I should also be able to recover my password from the app, without having to constantly change my password. IDIOTs!!!! Bring Sprint Support back to the USA. REMEMBER: The more you update an app the more you're able to be hacked. Sprint & ATT are Prime examples, as well as Verizon. APPLE & SAMSUNG phones are the most hacked, via the providers. Full Review

    I liked the app before all the busyness, now it takes forever to sign in even with my fingerprint. It sends me to the website to sign in after I've already done so. I've tried signing on to Sprint using multiple devices and still get the same slowness. I used to like Sprint, have had it for years, but am seriously thinking of switching carriers.     I just want to pay my bill, not deal with all of this. The issue appeared to be with the phone connection... I was required to download an upgrade... which I was unable to do without a WiFi connection. It seems the direct access to data (including my supposed hot spot) has connection problems.. my note 4 and note 2 were much easier to use, with far less ads... I also had a book to learn from to use the phone... I know I am older than my kids... can you make a manual for us "older folks" to use? Full Review
