Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings.
Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your
email address, stored within Account Manager.
This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. This app will require access to your device's phone functionality in order to assist you with placing calls to Disney representatives, including for reservations and Guest Service assistance.
Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
Please make sure Android Talkback is installed and enabled on your device in order to take advantage of the app’s accessibility functionality. Android Talkback can be downloaded for free on the Google Play store.

    I am an annual pass holder and have been using the app since May 2017. Have booked fastpasses, dinning, hotels, hotel check in and ordered food from fast food restaurants. One feature I like a lot on the app is being able to see wait times. My one tip for new comers to the app is that they should frequently close the app to get accurate wait times. My favorite thing about the app..... it makes me feel connected to the happiest place on earth even when I am hundreds of miles away. Full Review

    It is ok for fast passes, hard to navigate them though. I have had several times when I tried to find a food kiosk to have it closed from the last special event, and not open for the new event. That shouldn't happen. We had a late fastpass for illuminations, which apparently keeps you from being able to choose new ones since the group of them wasn't used up. Full Review

    Very handy app. TAKE TIME TO TOY WITH THIS APP well before you go to any Disney parks. It is kind of complicated which is why I gave it a four. It is EXTREMELY useful for getting fast passes and dining reservations. Use the customer service line. They will walk you through any glitches. SO MAGICALLY PUMPED! Full Review

    The app works well and reports accurate information such as wait times, attraction specifics, ride height limits, and restaurant menus. Booking Fastpasses is also very easy. From that standpoint, this app has everything you need to plan virtually every aspect of your Disney World trip. I knocked a star off because the app does not let you modify notification preferences after the first time it asks. This should be resolved eventually, so install away! Full Review

    Complicated app. Not very intuitive. The fast pass selection is clunky and it leaves you feeling like it's not saved when you're done. Most information you enter in this app leaves you dangling and looking for a "save" button. This is your portal to your entire trip and for some it's a big deal. You don't want to be left with doubt.     I could not book my fast passes ahead due to a bug in their software. It turns out people now book the passes months in advance so my entire vacation is impacted by not being able to book ahead. The development team need to get the bugs out and Disney need to do a better job of informing people they now need to plan way in advance. Full Review

    I kind of like logging in thru google instead of the app. The app takes u straight to magic kingdom where thru Google I can view my itinerary and reservations easier. I'm still trying to figure the app out needless to say after about a week of having it. Google is easier in my opinion though I like seeing the wait times thru the app. Full Review

    I love this app. Is there a way simplify the "making plans" process. I usually do not stay at a resort. Like: enter date, do you need a resort, do you need tickets, which park are you going to on what day. Instead it won't let me past what resort I want because it wants me to enter a resort and I stay somewhere else. Full Review

    I really like this app. The map is a bit confusing at first but once you get used to it it's really not so bad. Booking reservations was really quick and easy. Booking fastpasses can be a bit tricky since the app won't let you book at two different parks on the same day even with the hopper passes.     Hopefully the Disney folks will read this. One thing that is lacking from the menu section of this application, is nutrition information. This would be particularly helpful for those who are dealing with diabetes. Just a little bit in terms of calories, carbohydrates, and the standard issue for General Nutrition. Otherwise great.     I would describe this app as functional at best. With limited use I ran into a few features that didn't work.     Downloaded the latest version today. It won't let me log in, so I can't see my reservations or make changes. Update: I've had to uninstall an re-download the app 2 more times since writing previous review. It constantly can't connect to the server and let me see my plans or make changes unless I reinstall. The latest version is very glitchy and not reliable. My opinion from previous post not changed! Full Review

    I hate this stupid app!!! None of my tickets show up, but when I try to link them it says they're already linked. When I try to enter someone's birthday I have to scroll through every.single.month. back to their actual date of birth, because it won't let me type the birth date. Then it freezes and I have to restart the app. I can't use Fastpass, I can't see the reservation I made on the old app so I have NO idea when I'm supposed to be there. If I get charged for a lunch I missed because of this app I am going to be SO PISSED!!! Full Review

    When making dining reservations, I have to repeat the process over and over again when there's no availability or don't like the times available. It's a pain to keep starting over. I haven't used the app for other reasons so I have no comment in other areas. Full Review

    Very very upset to Disney. Have to pay for parking, lockers, troller, everything. The souvenirs are expensive and all MADE IN CHINA!!!. The food is not good and NOT HEALTHY at all. Disney should include everything with the expensive tickets. Only 3 Fastpass per day!!!. Not enough. I paid for 3 people 10 days all parks. I will never ever come back to Disney!!!! Full Review

    We hit a park a day over five days. The app was invaluable for tracking where we were, wait times on rides, restaurant locations and menus. We also used the PhotoPass and it showed all the locations where the photographers would be, which helped when there were bigger crowds. Full Review

    I wish it would offer a page for each Park instead of having to find the Park you want on the Magic Kingdom map. The map can be difficult to maneuver sometimes. Other than that, I find the App very useful. Full Review

    As a visitor from UK... this app did not work properly and I had to spend a couple hours with guest services trying to ensure it would work. I was forced to log into my account on their iPad as my UK phone did not allow me to register a credit card and therefore I could not reserve meals. Thankfully it now works but it eas a waste of two hours. This needs looking at to resolve Full Review

    I love being able to book FastPasses in real time. I can always check the plans for myself and other people I'm connected with. It makes coordination super easy and convenient. The only issue I have is with loading the photos. It doesn't always connect easily. Full Review

    I find myself using both this app and Disney website to book. Restaurants especially is better to book on website when you know what restaurant you want. I love that I can see my itinerary on app and booking fast passes ahead of time is great on app. Full Review

    Have not been able to book and ADRs in over a week. The app keeps saying the servers are down. Completely ridiculous. I have a brand new galaxy s8. My phone is fine, it is the app that is garbage. Will update this review when they fix their servers Full Review

    I love this app! It makes Disney planning so much easier. The only things I would fix to make it a 5 star would be to add the capability to book specialty dining like the Rivers of Light dining package or Cinderella's Royal Table. I would also like to be able to add things like the Harmony Barber Shop to my plans. I have 9am reservations for my kids one day we are there and would love to have been able to add it to my plans on the app. Full Review

    A good app for making fast passes and tracking your reservations when you are at home on your own internet. In the parks it is very hit or miss because the internet offered by Disney is weak, especially if the park is crowded. By disconnecting from Disney and using your own data plan you'll have better luck. Another serious issue is that if there are many people using their app the app will be slow and will sometimes not load things like menus at all. At busy times it appears that the Disney servers cannot always handle the situation making the app useless. Full Review
