Been using Mint for years now, but the latest update broke the application. The data does not load from online accounts. Only the balance loads. This makes the budgeting part of the app useless. Please fix asap as this is one the best parts of the app. I contacted the developer email and haven't received a response. Full Review

I have become very disappointed with the new app. I just logged in and now I no longer have a calendar view of my bills. The app has gone down fast since the new company took over. It's very sad as I used to use this as my primary bill tracker. I'm going to have to look for a new one. Full Review

Usability of the mobile app sucks. In general the layout and designs of both the mobile app and the website are subpar and require far too many clicks. Cannot update asset values via the web app. They keep redesigning it but seem to be making it worse and less usable. Full Review

When it was Mint Bills it worked great. After they merged the two it went to trash. Always says accounts need attention. I fix the problem and can close the app and reopen and it'll say they need attention again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and look for a better product. Full Review

I love Mint and use it all the time. The 3 star rating comes strictly from the widget, something I used to use all the time. When putting the app on the screen, a list pops up with 4 different widget options. However, no matter which one I click it only gives me the option at the top (summary). Full Review

Update #2:Calendar was removed again.... downgraded this back to 2 stars. Update: Calendar was added back to the bills section so I have updated my rating. Loved this app untill latest update got ride of calendar view of bills... Why would this be removed?! So annoying and now I need to find another app. Full Review

It's a good app but it doesn't allow you to compare your spending month to month with a graph. It only shows a pie chart for various groups of spend in the current month which is useless to me if I can't compare with what I've spent in the previous months. It allows you to compare month to month on total spent but that also isn't helpful to me if I want to see if I've cut down on eating out or shop.. etc Full Review

Repeatedly tried to add my CC account and it kept messing up my login - asked for security question but kept sending me authorization codes (I have TFA on my bank account) instead. It was an infinite loop and I was never able to properly add my credit card. Full Review

Horrible app! The old app was good but this is very hard to navigate. Out of all the accouunts I have I can no longer link any accounts except Citibank accounts. What's the point in using this if I have to have separate apps for every account? Full Review

What the hell did you do? Was working fine before but now no accounts show up in the account settings (says its lonely in here and to add an account) but accounts show up in another view. Several of my accounts have not synced up for days (PayPal for example) says they are aware of it but still no fix. Getting really pissed off. Maybe I will find another better solution. Full Review

Update 2/18/18 Poor customer service offerings. The chat bot offers limited solutions, nothing more than can be found in the help section. Even worse, forget using the chat if you are on a phone. It is not mobile friendly at all. With the keyboard open you can see only one line of chat text at a time. Every time you scroll you risk refreshing the page and losing your conversation and place in line so far. Not the level of service I expected based on my experiences with the Mint app so far. Original I love using mint. I use it for budgeting and to keep tabs on accounts at different banks. The only reason I'm not giving th app 5 stars is because it is missing the goals feature available on their website. As I work towards a few savings goals, it would be very motivating to have that feature available on the mobile app. Full Review

So the point of having this as an app and not desktop is to easily check your budget and your spending. There are options for alerts but you can't use them because it signs you out every day, and you can't check anything until you sign in. Personally this is like if you want to check your Facebook messages you have to sign in, and won't know if you've gotten a message until you see for yourself. Basically this is an exact "mobile" version of desktop that's not any more mobile nor easier to use. Uninstalling because it's useless. Full Review

Terrible interface. I use a few tags (groceries, coffee, restaurants) very regularly, so why no 'most used' tags at the top? If you try to submit a cash purchase while accounts are refreshing, you'll lose your work once the refresh completes. Big plus icon should be reserved for adding transactions only (how often does one really add new bank accounts?) I've given up on the app being improved. The trouble of setting up a new service is all that's keeping me using this one. Full Review

Mint is pretty good, but the Android app is still half baked after all these years... A couple major drawbacks that I noticed almost immediately upon installing the app: it doesn't respect your hidden accounts and tags in the transaction list, so all of the things you're trying to (and able to) filter out in the desktop version show up on the mobile. Also, the widget inexplicably doesn't allow you to display mint's most useful purpose: your budgets. On a day to day basis (which is what widgets are good for), I don't care what my total net worth is! I just want to know if I've spent too much dining out this month! Full Review
