    Driver droped me off & fare was still running. Driver drove 2 a whole different city & Ran up my bill & Lyft does not even have an emergency contact number nor do there contact suport button work. Only After i threatened to sue because lyft wanted me to pay for the fraudulent charge & then dispute it. Lyft tried to make me pay for services they never gave me & then dispute it.     The app keeps sending spam notifications about credits and sales. Very irritating. They keep telling me they're very sorry and will talk to their developers, but it's​ lip service. They have shown no intention of fixing it. Doesn't the violate the developer TOS? Edit: And now they're spamming me via SMS in case I turned off push notifications. Full Review

    There are a lot of promo codes available but they usually won't disclose fine prints. You can enter only one promo code, which cannot be replaced or deleted. Also, it shows only a price range, not the exact price for the ride. Then, it charges you the higher price beyond original price range. That simple fact makes Lyft a fraud company. Not obvious to use. Shared my phone number with strangers. Full Review

    Problems with customer knowing when I've arrived. Usually it will come up after I've pricked them up and have been driving for a while. Especially with line rides. Also when it's busy I'll loose the customer on the app. Then after going in an out of the app they'll pop back up. Lastly, when staging at the airport. For instance I'll be number 88 . Then there will be no info as to what number I am. Then it will come back up and I'm number 99. That's rather aggravating when I've been there already for 15 mins. waiting. These are some of the things I've noticed and have spoken to other drivers about. Thank you for everything. Keep up the good work. Full Review

    This is app is not really first user friendly. We changed to Lyft since UBER no longer takes my credit card. The setup was easy but when it came time for our driver to arrive, not only did the driver know how to verify that my card was charged and then I got charged $5 for missing my ride even though we didn't. the driver was here trying to help us with the app. Not only did we get frustrated but the driver got frustrated and ended up allowing us to pay cash since I was charged for missing the ride even though I didn't. The app only gave a split option. Need to make the payment information easier to access and teach your riders how to use the app so they are able assist the rider better and not charge someone for missing a ride when they didn't and have an option available for round trip as well.     Gps is constantly off target. I get charged $5 fees when I cancel even though the driver is driving around nowhere near me. Gps consistently takes drivers on longer routes. My house was 5 minutes away taking the streets in one case, and the driver got on the highway to road all the way around. Full Review

    DO NOT USE THIS APP- GO TO UBER! After taking a ride (and leaving a tip) I was charged an extra $5 from Lyft. When I asked them what it was for they told me to contact my bank... Even though I sent a copy of the statement that clearly shows it is from Lyft. They couldn't even explain what it was for. If I wanted to leave a $8 tip for an $11 ride I would have! Full Review

    Tried lyft for the first time. Ordered a ride for 4 people... 2 adults 16yr old and an 11 yr old. Driver showed up with a passenger already in the vehicle then asked if the 4 of us wanted to "try to squeeze in the backseat" I passed... Got charged a "cancellation fee" because the driver was unable to accommodate my group. Will never use Lyft again. Full Review

    Lyft sent me an email for a 25% coupon. Normally I would use Uber since I never have an issue with them but I figured I'd give Lyft a shot. It was awful. The app put my location as being by a completely different terminal. I've never had an issue like that with Uber. The first driver charged me a $5 cancellation fee. When I requested the ride again the 2nd driver had the same issue. After calling them, they finally realized they were at the wrong terminal. The only way to pick me up and not request a new ride was to start the ride billing. Not only was I charged extra, I wasn't given the promised 25% off and was billed $5 for the "cancelled ride". I've sent email to Lyft but no response so far. Full Review
