Great This is old school gaming goodness with with a fresh shiny coat of paint. For anyone unfamiliar with might & magic: it's a strategy game that generates a random map for every new game. You travel around doing quests and recruiting troops. The side with more and better troops typically wins at combat. If you have played m&m this game feels like it but, they've added a hex grid combat system. Making it a bit more complex strategically. Bottom line: great combo of game elements, and well worth a buck. Full Review

Much better since update. I enjoy the concept, the gameplay, and the feel of the game. However, there are some battles where it freezes apon becoming adjacent to the soldier. This is a big no-no and ruins the game. I'm sure you'll find and fix this bug. But please hurry. I'd like to be able to finish this game. Update: Awesome! Gave it a higher review now that that bug is fixed!!! Also, I like the level up skill sets now! :) you guys have my blessing. Full Review

Great concept. Good game... Could be amazing with a few additions Additional scenarios. Possibility of computer controlled "heroes". More units please. Maybe even the ability to upgrade units. Quests to bring pirate criminals to justice at towns would be nice. Or just side quests. Also more random items please. Like flotsam and jetsam. Or random encounters out in the world, not just mobs. Subterranean level? ;) Shaping up to be a great game! Keep up the good work! Full Review

Simple and fun Great, simple and well designed game for HOMM and KB fans. Only reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because necromancy is op and it unbalances the game. Basically once you've got it you can't lose. Would also like to see battle stats like hit damage and upcoming attacker order. Full Review

Awesome! Excellent game with absolutely no IAPs. Finally a one-time pay game again, haven't seen that in a while.. The gameplay is smooth through and through but gets a bit repetitive after a while. Still great for hours of time killing though and absolutely perfect for a boring bus ride! I'd really like to see different scenarios and the city building system from HoMM but that might be worth to be put in the next (hopefully soon coming) game of this great, customer friendly developer. Just like Heroes of Might and Magic... sort of. Like HMM but really kind of a slow build up. Takes awhile to get an army to take castles and you don't have the resource management that HMM had to distract you during buildup. Otherwise a really fun game. Full Review

A lot like Kings Bounty And I love it. Has a customizable difficulty, and a randomly generated map every time you start a new game. Now I want to reinstall Kings Bounty: The Legend. My Wishlist for this game is a zoom feature on the World Map, a little panning on the battle screen, and tooltips on all things, like spells, stats, etc. Actually, maybe just a built in manual like in Star Traders RPG. These are just minor issues though, and that last one is demanding, sorry. This is a great game, and I'm playing it every night. Full Review

Satisfies my HOMM 3 urge via my mobile device. No in-app purchases means this one's a keeper. And no, it doesn't have to be changed in order to be more like HOMM 3. It excels on its own merits. Full Review

I want to rate 5 but.. Beat it way too easily, not alot of playability. I would be willing to spare the space, or even pay more, to have these things in the game: 1) castle production, there's no buildings or upgrades in castles. The castle only repeats a story and defeated castles only produce the same 1 unit type. 2) buying new heroes/ more than the one hero you always get. 3) actual turns, with possibly a wandering enemy, deposit your units and defend your castle. 4) different starting points, always bottom left. Amazing game! No ads, no in-app purchases, gets you hours of gameplay, decent replay value, simple yet still requires a bit of strategy. If you are a fan of HOMM or KB this is a must have for android, it's not super deep or complex yet it does an excellent job and it costs freaking 1$. Buy it. Just do it! Full Review

Nice game. Would be great if there was a way to save your progress into different points. Sometimes you get into an unlucky battle and get wiped. Recovering from that is not always easy nor quick. Being able to replay the battle would be great. Full Review

Nice try I understand why so many ppl give this game 5 stars because we all want to play homm3 on our android device. However, it is just too difficult - even in easy mode - to make it any fun to play for me whatsoever. A waste of my money until they may change something in the gameplay - for instance get rid of the weekly cost for your army (there isn't any in homm3 right?). Full Review

GREAT investment! For 1$, this will give you back HOURS, i mean litteraly HOURS of gameplay... It is not your typical full 3D modern game, but to me, this is a great time-water (in a good way) on the subway/bus ride. The simple fact that there is no In-app purchases or permisssions required is almost impossible to believe Full Review

Eh, what?!? Go in with clearly superior army and wiped out consistently by armies a third in size. How can peasants destroy pikemen who outnumber them? How come my attacks only take 5 or so away from enemy, yet their attacks can take 40+?! Don't get it and this has stopped me playing. Full Review

A quite good game It's enjoyable, but needs some changes. Please add save game slots. Also it is not a good idea that the units still have weekly fee after hiring them. It forces you to jump into dangerous fights on the 6th-7th day, hoping to lose the most of them so you can have a much higher income. Or you get bankrupt... Full Review

Frustrating mechanics The game has no storyline, no depth, they throw you into the game without having any faint idea on what to do next. I am a long time gamer, do I figured things out, but for a casual gamer, it might be a problem. Also the game is frustrating, if you lose a battle it takes forever to get back on your feet, sometimes you gotta walk around and do nothing for a while before having enough money to buy anything. A nostalgic game, but too short and easy As many have pointed out, this is a derivative of a 1990 DOS game by the name of King's Bounty. There are fewer creature types and the map is somewhat smaller; it also uses a hexagonal grid like the later Might and Magic sequels. The graphic is slightly improved compared with the original. Sadly, winning the game on any difficulty level is way too easy and the number of time turns given is about twice what is needed for a leisurely campaign visiting every place on the map and destroying every enemy. Great game for mobile platform This game has some similarities to the board game Mage Knight. Fans of Mage Knight will certainly enjoy the mechanics in Heroes: AGQ. You move a hero around the map collecting armies, scrolls, and money all while fighting enemies in castles, dungeons, and in the open. There's a leveling system with perks that allows you to boost various aspects of your troops. It offers enough depth to satisfy my itch for strategy based questing while remaining accessible enough to pick up and put down on a whim. Full Review

Great overall game. It is simple, but simple was what I was looking for. I rated four stars only because the map doesn't appear to change at all from game to game, so it greatly diminishes the replayability. Five stars and I would pay $5 for a map generator. The game seems quite long and is well worth $1. Full Review
