I mainly use Chrome 90% of the time for the simple UI design and the pretty icon. I suspect Google is tracking all my traffic through the data saver feature even when I stay signed out of everything. I feel like AI and new features are definitely always on the way. Totally worth it, sometimes I use Samsung browser when things don't load correctly or download. It's always a good feeling to have a plethora of useful Google apps and this is one of the best. Thanks, Team Google This is a best browser I ever tried in my life... After using this for a month I started suggesting all of my dear friends to use this..... Overall UI is great received daily 6.8mb update on Android 7.0 strange but no issues to me... Surf speed is great. Download is little weird as it downloads in browser itself instead of downloads app... No much to worry about.. Love to Google from your dear user. 😀 Have a nice day. Full Review

I used to use FireFox, and was originally very reluctant about switching over. However, after a few weeks with Chrome I never looked back. Lightning fast speeds, a much better designed and far more extensive range of apps, and a very streamlined UI which I personally think has set the standard for all the beautiful new 'flat design' updates which many other companies are starting to adopt. The beauty of Chrome is that it is just as intuitive to your grandmother as it is to your children as it is to you. Full Review

Chrome is by Google. Android is by Google. I can't find anything to open GOOGLE search results in a new tab or even a back button to go back to search results after viewing a result page. Maybe it's an error on my phone but I can't think why/how that would be. How can you have such basic features missing and regard a browser as user friendly? Full Review

Not able to view searched images in fullscreen anymore with this last update. My father was trying to screenshot a chevelle without the title underneath the photo, was not able to, and was forced to visit the site. He recieved a virus. Not directly chromes fault, but if he could view fullscreen he would not have to enter unfamiliar websites. Otherwise the app is great! Full Review

Very poor I'm uninstalling I don't see why the hell you need access to sd content and have permission to delete stuff! Well no thanks I go else where. Be aware people actually read what permissions you are allowing company apps to give them. Plus I doubt if anyone reads reviews anyways... Full Review

I loved this browser. The latest update I installed has presented some challenges. 1) I was relieved to find that I could undo the "open each tab as an app" setting (Settings > Merge Tabs and Apps). 2) Email urls (I assume those with redirects) no longer open (this may be a new security feature), not even if I refresh the page with the new url - the page remains blank (no additional info on why the page did not load - searching stackoverflow gave some clues). Would be nice if it displayed warning and link? Full Review

Perfect in every way except the lack of a 'Hide status bar' option for Samsung users... I would absolutely love this app to support a full screen mode, if it's possible... Otherwise I can't fault it... Fast, easy to use, reliable... My go-to browser on my phone, the only thing I use the Samsung browser for is the odd full screen reading session Full Review

Honestly I have not used it so although I'm sure it's a wonderful program because the Google I had prior to this was as well. But I I can't pretend that I know it did be better because I have not used it yet. I gave it 5 stars because so far Google has always done me very well. And when I have used the new updated version I will come back and give a thorough review Full Review

Good solid browser. Nice and stable and fast. My only complaints are that you can't view local HTML files, and can't change the home page at all. "Don't be evil" indeed. There's no legit user-oriented excuse for this. I'll also add that Chrome remains vulnerable to ads that pull you into other pages unrecoverably. Usually ads served by Google, so they of all people should be able to get this under control. Full Review

Google seems to be obsessed with making their apps progressively worse. First Photos, YouTube, now Chrome. It's glitchy, doesn't work, and is useless as an app. Seriously, I figured they were just trying something new or working out bugs but each update is worse than before. With this new update, every webpage you're on reloads if your phone rotates from landscape to vertical. It does this every time which ruins the user experience. Full Review

Totally unnecessary. Well, I don't like chrome on my pc, it's slow. Tried chrome on my phones, it's slow. Well, what do you know? Google has lied to us, again! Google, I hated android, now I quite like it. Never liked chrome, and the rate you're going, I'm never going to like it. Mozilla has always been there, is open, everyone can use it, it doesn't slow down your phone or pc. Chrome, on the other hand, is new, it slows your pc down and it does the same to your phone. Fix that, and I'll maybe start using it. Full Review

Update: New update fixes previous fails. Back to Chrome love. Four stars. Recent update and navbar relocation is terrible. Mobile pages require upward scrolling, which is to say starting from the bottom and moving up, so if you put the navbar there, I'm constantly accidentally dragging it up when I'm trying to scroll. Seeking new browser. This is an unnecessary, utterly superficial forced alteration that should have been an option. Uninstalled. Update: chose Opera. Glad I did. Full Review
