This app is made by Amazon, the company who claims that Customer Obsession is their No 1 value. Hard to believe considering that Prime Video still lacks support for Chromecast, something all other video streaming apps support. Furthermore, video quality is a hit-and-miss. You never know what you get. Netflix is better across all relevant parameters. Using Prime Video ONLY for one show, The Grand Tour. Now waiting for the news that three amigos move to Netflix instead. Amazon has a great shopping site but Video is obviously not a core business for Amazon. Full Review

I'm doing the 30 day free trial but we had a membership a couple of yrs ago & I loved it. It had some really unique shows to Amazon alone. They all do but I'm currently stuck on the show 'Humans'.. Im sure I'll use most of my trial watching that & 'Mickey Mouse Clubhouse' for my son. I haven't checked for Mickey yet but either way, YouTube has it. App is good tho! Full Review

lnstaII "UNOPAY" App: refre (BRIE) to Earn Free Cash So far so good. Also InstaII "TOYOCASH" App Fun way to get money. Won't make you rich but the extra cash is helpful. It's also the best exchange rate on points. Uno points equals toyo instead of like some of the others where it takes Uno points to reach toyo etc....Also, very reliable in paying you when you redeem to PaypaI. You can choose assorted giftcards as payment or transfer to PaypaII for cash. Your choice. I love these guys thanks for addingsome fun to my day. Full Review

Plays havoc with my samsung screen, there is an obvious colour change when opening the app which makes Amazon prime app look fine, but every other app look insanely bright. Could be a samsung issue but this is the only app I have ever had issues with. Other than this, decent app, small amount of content you actually want to watch but not half bad considering it's a bolt on to Amazon free delivery which is what I actually got prime for. The biggest drawback to this app is the navigation. Every time you click on a movie for info and back out it puts you at the very beginning of the app so you have to go all the way back down to find where you were browsing. I feel like it should be easier to separate Prime and non Prime content. Playback works just fine. Chromecast compatibility would be nice. Full Review

Awesome app, everything about the app is awesome (except one thing which I'll get to). The app is easy to use and the fact that I can stream and download UHD on my phone is truly something on its own. But the problem I face is that the quality of the video constantly adjusts, it rarely kicks into full 2K, sometimes it's in HD, but mostly it's in SD, and I can't do a thing about it. Please give us an option to manually change display settings similar to what YouTube has with its quality settings. Besides this it's a truly brilliant app. Full Review

Most of the time its pretty good, but has one or two little niggles. You get a good way through a series but instead of the next video, you get, sorry this cannot be played and then something about drivers. Well if it worked before and i didnt do anything and i assume amazon didnt why all of a sudden stop working. Funny thing is go back after about an hour and its fine. Also as someone else mentioned i also pay for amazon prime and get adverts. Value yes i think its good. Not only endless viewing, they sell just about everything, and free delivery. Full Review

I purchased it and there is no way i can contact anybody via chat, email specially the one who is living out of country and when in need of support. Also, movies are limited and when you search for it, all of them aren't available. Some famous movies such as terminator 1 and 2, Andaz apna apna, Sholay, Gladiator etc. aren't there, why? I would have given it 5 stars, but the app is really buggy. I have to come to play store to check if there's an update available which would fix it, but its just not improving. There's always some issue or the other whenever I open it, it'll either won't detect a network connection or won't playback a video, well, it never playbacks. The interface is also lags sometimes. And it never goes back to the home screen, it's not easy to navigate, it's a bit difficult to use Full Review

I Don't know why the run around to install this; I used Google to find out how. Otherwise it works ok like it should, streams shows with your Amazon prime membership. If your a binge watcher like me though the list feels small, very small. You could watch literally every show and every movie that isn't complete f rated trash in 1 week ( assuming you don't work) Full Review

Tried to use the app on a One Plus 3. Because I love movies, I love this app.. At the same time, I feel that Brown Sugar could contain many more titles than it does. Perhaps you're not being given the necessary permission. BET has some great titles, such as, Funny Valentines. It's a movie that seems to me to be hard to acquire. Full Review

I would give it 4 or 5 stars if there was more of a selection of both movies and TV shows. What movies there are, they are either old or ones that aren't that good, with the exception of a few. Even if they would rotate movies and TV shows, it would help to possibly get 4 stars. I paid for one of then subscriptions but I cannot access it to watch anything and the instructions really suck! Sorry.... Full Review

Dear Amazon, I previously rated this app a 4 star. Recently I faced a very disappointing thing about it. I downloaded around 10-15 movies on the app so that I could watch it later. After 4-5 days of downloading the files, I couldn't see any downloads in the downloads section. This has got me really furious. I invested a lot of internet data, and now I cannot see a single movie in the downloads section. Amazon, I hope you to fix this ASAP. Full Review

I think it's pretty lame to charge for movies/t.v. shows when I already pay for a monthly subscription! I can understand charging for NEW movies, but that's it!!! Netflix, Hulu, etc... charges a flat fee, every month, and you get to watch everything they have, no extra charges, and they have a waaaayyy better list of movies/t.v. shoes! I pay $11.99 a month for commercial free service with Hulu and Netflix! That's it!! I don't understand why Amazon can't as well! I thought I'd try adding another t.v. subscription, but now that I've had a chance to look it over and try it out, I'm cancelling the service cause it's just not worth it to me! Full Review

Absolute rubbish app. Always freezing and download feature is terrible because most of the times the videos don't work and require Internet connection. The app would be nice, if it existed in a vacuum. The fact that it has no Chromecast support is a big strike against it. No Roku support (in Canada) is another. There is no easy way to get Prime Video onto my TV screen. And the content does not compare to Netflix (again, in Canada); the Amazon Originals are pretty good, but there is little to no third-party material. All in all, it would be easy to fix these problems, if Amazon cared enough to do it. After multiple updates, still no way to get the content onto my tv screen. The Amazon Music app got Chromecast support; why not video?! Full Review

Deliberately blocks casting to chrome cast. Amazon prime video is available in my country but they don't sell a Fire TV stick so why block casting just because of an argument with Google? I'll be cancelling my Prime subscription after the free trial and sticking to Netflix, their content is better anyway. I had no problem paying for both Netflix and Prime video but only Netflix can play on every device I own, Prime video doesn't.
